Summer glau

Firefly, Whedon's new hit series, was a result of her one-off episode. The Summer Glau River Tam character was complex and Glau was able to handle it. The character of Tam was forced to take part in government experiments where she was trained as an assassin. Tam lost her ability to manage her emotions due to. Glau's fighting skills were also displayed on Firefly. Being training to become an assassin enabled Glau to fully use her athletic abilities. Summer Glau was classically-trained as ballerina.
